VENDOR Applications

You can apply to be either a market vendor or food vendor via our application forms! All applications must be submitted prior to COB, 5pm AEST Friday 9 August 2024. No applications will be accepted after this date.

All applicants will be emailed with the outcome of their application two weeks after applications close on Friday 9 August 2024.

Vendor applications closed close of business, 5pm AEST Friday 9 August 2024. Please ensure your submit your application beforehand as no late applications will be accepted.

Food vendors will be located in Kurrawa Park, and site sizes will vary based on the size of individual food trucks.

Pricing starts from $83 per square metre, please note additional costs are charged for access to power. Please ensure you include measurements of your entire setup in the application form, and include any back of house marquees/cold rooms etc. in your total measurements.

There will be two types of market stall sites available at Groundwater CMF 2024.

1. Pre-erected 3m x 3m Marquee Sites – From $700 per 3m x 3m site

Each pre-erected marquee will come with four (4) walls, power and one (1) light per 3m x 3m marquee. During the application process, please indicate how many 3m x 3m marquees are required for your set up.

Marquees will be installed by the festival staff and available to bump in for successful applicants from Thursday 17 October (ready to trade from Friday 18 October). Marquees will remain in position for the duration of the festival and overnight security will be roaming the precinct. Please note that all items left overnight are at own risk.

2. Metered Site (Site only – BYO Marquee) – From $425 per 3m x 3m site

Please note that no power or lighting will be provided at these sites, and you will be required to bump in each morning (between 8:00am – 9:30am) and pack down each night (after 8:30pm).

If you wish to bring your own marquee, please provide photos of your stall including your marquee ready to trade. All marquees should be of professional standard, which will tolerate all weather conditions including strong winds and rain. Marquees must be weighted with a minimum 30kg per leg (strictly no pegging into Council Parks).
