After the acclaimed success of her release “Daddy’s Country Gold” in 2021, Melissa Carper was eager to get back in the country music scene. Her journey started when playing upright bass and singing with her family’s travelling country band in rural Nebraska. Melissa gains inspiration for her songs in country, bluegrass, western swing and old-style jazz, and has played at festivals and shows around the globe.
