Martini Mayhem

Set times

What do you get when you cross a hillbilly with a honkytonker? Simple, Martini Mayhem!

This band originated in 2017 when Pete Martini was asked to play at his local Bowls club in Banyo for Australia Day. Being quite practised in Country music, he felt he needed both styles and asked his little hillbilly bro, Mitchy Mayhem to cover the more ‘Western’ side of the range, obviously because he grew up at the Bunya Mountains. Since then the boys have picked up two more crazy cats: Ash Berry on Bass and Bluegrass banjo picker Kerry Grey. The band delivers a variety of musical genres from the 1930s to now. Including some Rockabilly, Folk, Bluegrass whilst infusing popular songs from the 80’s and 90’s.
We can’t wait to see this lively group hit the stage at Groundwater CMF 12-14 November 2021.
