In 2022, four like-minded musos got together and formed JUKEJOINT – a rocking four-piece band smashing out their own brand of bourbon-soaked blues. Gary Scheiwe on drums, Gary Graham on bass and harmonica, Roy Bentham on lead guitar and Darren on rhythm guitar and vocals.

Over the past 18 months the band has been rocking venues from Gympie to the Gold Coast. Their first single release, Swivel Neck Boy, is heavily influenced by the southern blues genre, featuring dirty guitars, a wailing harp and a solid rhythm section.
