Welcome to Bella on Banyan, a beautifully appointed, spacious 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom holiday home, just a short 5-minute drive to the heart of Surfers Paradise.

There’s lots of space here, with large entertaining areas – the pool, the outdoor entertaining area, grassed area and the media room are all large and there are 3 living areas for all the family to relax in. There is also secure off street parking for 2 cars.

Other than the look, style and spacious layout of Bella on Banyan, it also boasts a gourmet kitchen, pay television, Wi-Fi and 2 ensuite bathrooms, with a large spa in the main bathroom. There is split cycle air-conditioning both upstairs and down, as well as a washer and dryer.

Note:
The garage is not for guest use however there is parking for 2 cars in the driveway (please note the driveway gates are currently locked in the open position).
